site history
Right after getting into Ryan in early 2004, I immediately tried to find as much information and pictures I can on the net. One thing I noticed was the sites haven't been updated since his Breaker High/Young Hercules days and there were only a couple of sites that were being updated from time to time. As weeks went on, I was getting really bored with my other site and discussed with my friend at the time about starting a site on Ryan. Then I finally agreed on doing it. I worked on the site for two weeks (listening to Paint's Peeling by Rilo Kiley over and over again!) and officially opened on May 24, 2004 on GeoCities. When The Notebook came out, the site kept exceeding it's bandwidth, and of course it was annoying. So I bought my own domain, and the site's new home was at Starberry Glitter. A year later in June 2005, the site was so close to exceeding it's bandwidth when it was in the middle of the month. I knew once it exceeded, then the site would be gone for the whole month. So I applied to Fan-Sites.org and Gertie happily hosted me. Now the site has been hosted on Fan-Sites since 2005, still bringing you updates on Ryan and his career.
Does Ryan know about this site? I'm happy to say that he does! I was in contact with Ryan's mother, Donna back in 2006. She's seen the site and has told Ryan about it. She also congratulated on the work that I have done so thank you very much Donna :-)
